Hello my name is Doug Collins; I am the General Manager here at Beck’s Custom Coach and Trailer.

I have been married to my beautiful wife Heather for 16 years. We have three active kids, Emily, Kaitlyn, and Cam. Heather and I enjoy watching all of the activities that seem to keep our kids busy and out of trouble. I also coach hockey and am actively involved with youth hockey development here in Mid-Michigan.

I have been in the RV and trailer business most of my career and thoroughly enjoy all facets of this business. I feel fortunate to be involved with a family owned business with a great team of loyal employees that share my endeavor to provide quality products and service at a fair price, with uncompromised integrity often hard to find in today’s world.

My name is Jill Havens and I have lived in St. Johns my entire life. I’m happily married to Scott for 22 years, we have 2 great kids, Mark, 19 years old, and Cara, 17 years old. I have worked in the motorsports and trailer sales industry for the past 12 years. I enjoy camping, canoeing, 4-wheeling with our jeep, my family and friends.

My name is Gene Dunsmore, I'm on the right in the picture. Before coming to Becks Custom Coach & Trailer I had worked for several years in the powersports and trailer industry. I enjoy and look forward to helping customers with their trailer & RV parts and service needs. My wife, Sue, and I have three sons – Travis, Jared and Nathan. I enjoy spending time with my family, weight lifting, and playing golf.

My name is Jim Hehrer - I'm on the left in the picture. I've been married to my wife, Mindy, for 19 years; we have two teenage girls, Jessica, 17 years old, and Shanelle, 13 years old. My love for RV'ing began with my family when I was young... now it's my passion and my career. I have many years in the RV and trailer industry, specializing in the parts and service department. I can help you with your insurance and warranty claims of all types. We repair all types of trailers and RVs. There is no problem too big, or too small, for us at Becks Custom Coach & Trailer. I've been at Becks Custom Coach & Trailer for 14 years now. I've been married to my wife Connie for 16 years. We are life long residents of Clinton county and I've been servicing Clinton, Gratiot, Eaton & Ingham county for 30+ years. My motto? “Can't Never Did Anything!”

I am one of the friendly voices on the line when you call us here at Beck's Custom Coach and Trailer. I am a life long resident of St. Johns and have been married to my husband Chris for 11 years. Chris and I have a 7 year old son named Josh. I enjoy horseback riding, snowmobiling and bowling. Hope to talk to you soon!

Myself, my wife Char and my 8 year old son Dale Jr. live in the country, only three miles from Becks Custom Coach & Trailer, on a 20 acre farm/ranch rightfully named “3 & 20 Ranch”. I think of myself as a family man and I enjoy the outdoors, hunting, camping, horseback riding & friends – some think I'm a real down to earth guy. Ask for Dale in sales!

I am a lifelong resident of the St. Johns area and currently live just north of our store in the town of Maple Rapids with my wife Heather and son Aaron. I enjoy the outdoors, especially fishing, hunting, boating,and spending time with family and friends. I have been in sales here at Beck's for ten years and enjoy meeting new friends and providing a laugh for those I meet everyday. I love my job and working with all of the great folks here at Beck's. I have been married to my wife Laurie since 2002. We have a daughter Nicole, and son Dale Michael. I am a life long resident of the the area called "Beckville". I am a graduate of Ovid-Elsie High School, and attended Delta College where I received a bachelors degree through the "GM Automotive Service Education Program". I am a licensed Master technician in automotive repair, and am also an RVIA certified RV technician.

I have over 20 years experience in all types of repairs and enjoy the ever changing challenges that come our way here at Beck's. Liking what you do makes a huge difference in the quality of your work. Top to bottom front to rear if it rolls on wheels I can fix it. Over the years I have acquired a couple of nicknames so if you visit the store and here someone ask for the "Shop Professor", or "Uncle Dale" you'll know I'm around!

I am a 2008 graduate of St.Johns High School. I was able to join Beck's at the beginning of my senior year on a recommendation from my shop teacher. I enjoy working with the service tech's and my position is allowing me to learn more about all types of trailer repairs. I plan on attending Lansing Community College in the spring of '09 to further my education, and training. I really like the hands on work, and helping customers everyday. I enjoy fishing and riding my motorcycle.

I have been here at Becks for 8 years. I have a wife, Sara, and a baby boy named Neil.
