Wow, I was working on my trailer on Sunday, ran into an issue I was not comfortable with. Needing the trailer for Monday(yes, I waited to the last moment) I thought we were never going to get it figured out. I remember seeing the as the tech on this site, so I gave it a try. Jim answered me in 10 minutes. We worked through the issue, got it up and going. I made an appointment to have a bearing repack and the brakes inspected by them.
All this on a Sunday, thats where the WOW comes from!! Thank You, and see you Tuesday!

I needed a cargo trailer that could do many different things from haul my cargo to advertise my business that I use it for. When I saw my trailer in the show room of Becks I knew it was exactly what I needed. After looking it over the workmanship was perfect. They are not kidding that it is built to last a lifetime; everything on it is top of the line. Mike G. from sales was very helpful getting the pricing for the options that I wanted and financed the next day.
I could have pulled out of the lot with my new trailer that afternoon but I had a few options that I wanted and I didn’t think that I would find a trailer that suited my needs that fast (I didn’t even have a place to store it yet). The staff at Becks was very helpful get my new trailer insured. I was in contact with the Becks staff quite a few times helping me with my insurance company. I have pulled my trailer to Marquette and Detroit, it pulls great!

I have been remiss in writing. Since picking up my NEW TRAILER from you I could not be more pleased. It has been to Florida 2 times and California once. You should have wrapped it as I suggested as EVERYONE wants to talk about it and I show it to them. It is 10' longer than my old (07) Haulmark and 500 pounds lighter and tows BETTER. My 07 Chevy does not shift as much even with 4 Harleys in it and my gas mileage with a trailer is up! Thanks for a great product. I'm going to several more rallys this year... you could wrap it and advertise it...
